Jennifer is devoted to maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. It is through her self-healing and ongoing journey that she found herself compelled to share with others alternatives to Western medicine, and modalities to build self awareness and “Wholeness”. Through her healing journey, Jennifer has uncovered her life’s purpose to utilize her existing business and marketing skills to enlighten individuals to complimentary, alternative and holistic medicine as well as their inherent healing power to create true health through becoming “Whole”.

Prior to founding Whole Life Marketing, Jennifer had a successful fifteen year career in commercial real estate development raising millions in investor equity for development projects; was a marketing executive responsible for marketing of a $250 million division of a Big 4 Certified Public Accounting firm and was the Vice President of sales for an international financial document services company selling millions in services to corporate executives, investment bankers and corporate attorneys. In these roles, Jennifer developed and refined a valuable skill set to assist organizations in increasing sales and successfully market in highly competitive environments.

In the last couple of years, she has focused on holistic lifestyle industry, recently consulting for a body, mind and spirit retreat organization (Optimum Healthy Institute) and consulting clients at Whole Life Marketing.
Sophia has a Master Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with focus on Direct, Database and E-Commerce Marketing from Northwestern university in Chicago.
She has extensive experience is developing and implementing Integrated Marketing Communication Strategies across all the channels: email, direct mail, onsite, contact enter, website to insure consistent messages are communicated at every customer touch point.
She has strong skills in using database for segmentation and targeted marketing. Segment customer by their Life Time Value, purchase behavior and demographic information. Then create relevant and targeted communication messages to increase response rate, customer engagement and nurturing customers.
She has good knowledge in current ESP tools: Marketo, Infusion Soft to send personalized, automated and integrated messages through different channels: email and direct mail to increase customer engagement.
